Garbage and wastes are problems most of time. Bio-mass is usually a burden to get rid of due to contamination or transportation cost etc. Now we present a viable solution to convert problems and burdens into valuable energy source. Different with the conventional incineration or fermentation gas to generate power, the new solution is to gasificate bio-mass or dry wastes under ultra high temperature and limited oxygen. The technology features miltiple waste and bio-mass streams, reduction in emission compared to incineration, scalable size, non odors, close to power users etc. Bio-gas can drive combustion engine or gas fire boiler. The by-product, biochar, as the solid residue after gasification can be used to produce organic fertilicer, insulation material for metallurgy, active carbon or direct application on soil improvement.
The waste or bio mass includes dry solid municiple waste, animal manure, plant straw, leaves, waste timber, saw dust, crop husk, peat moss, and so on. It's most suitable for rural area in demand of electricity, or plants with plenty of wastes to despose, while the wastes quantity is not able to support a collective incineration power plant.
