China Closed Cycle Spray Drier

This JY spray dryer type JY8808 has been developed for production of Hard metals, carbides and other advanced chemical products such as medicene, based on feedstock dissolved or suspended in organic solvents.
Working with flammable organic solvents oxygen/atmospheric air cannot be applied as drying medium, so the spray dryer needs to be in a closed loop - we call that a closed-cycle spray drying - to apply an inert gas such as nitrogen N2. This also allows the organic solvent to be recovered for re-use and to avoid pollution. The solvent is condensed in a condenser by cooling down the exhaust gas. The cleaned nitrogen is re-heated to the drying temperature and re-used in the process. The spray dryer is operated under slight over pressure. The atomization is done by pressure nozzles.
