1. Characteristics of Core Components; (1) Chassis: Using the original Isuzu chassis, it inherits the characteristics of excellent operation performance, lightchassis weight and good load-bearing capacity;(2) Battery: Using domestic first-line brand batteries withthe characteristics of high energy density and highconsistency; Using high-precision voltage and temperature sensors and equipped with passively balanced battery management system, the batteries have longer endurance and higher cycle life; Optional heating system can realize normal running of vehicles in cold area;(3) Driving Motor: Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is equipped with four-in-one controller, which has simple vehicle layout, high power density, good EMC effect and strong environmental adaptability. It adoptsdouble closed-loop control system of rotating speed and torque to achieve more precise control and highersystem efficiency. It adopts high-efficiency energy recovery system (the maximum recovery efficiency reaches 30%) with long vehicle range.(4) VCU: According to the requirements of ISO26262 standard, the vehicle controller (VCU) is developed, the dual-core main and auxiliary chip framework is built, and the vehicle safety level is high; the ramp auxiliary system is set up, and the vehicle ramp starts "no ramp".2.
